Hello! My name is Amanda and I am a Dietetics major. I am honored to be this year's Newman President. I have been an active member of the Catholic Newman Club since I was a freshman, and I am thrilled to have found a group of people on campus with whom I can share my faith with. I enjoy singing, Mass, chocolate, beach trips, adoration, family time, sunny days, flowers, and God's everyday miracles. God has poured out so many blessings upon me so far, and I am super excited to see what He has in store for the rest of my life.
My strength lies in the One who has set me free, and I will forever sing of His glory.

Fr. John Bullock, LC is a priest with the Legionaries of Christ. He studied philosophy and theology at Regina Apostolorum in Rome. He has been a priest for almost seven years and has been chaplain for the Newman Club at Cal Poly Pomona since October 2005.

I am Deacon Abel Zamora. I was ordained eight years ago in the Diocese of San Bernardino. I have been working at this beatifull campus for 29 years now. I started part-time as a student assistant, then was hired full time upon my graduation in 1981 (My major was Computer Information Systems). As an employee of Cal Poly, Pomona, I am the club staff advisor. I see myself, in conjunction with Father John and Heath, my fellow co-advisor, as a helper in fullfilling our club's mission statement (please see mission statement above). I greatly enjoy spending time with the club members as we share in life-lasting experiences. Please feel free to call me (extension 6357) or just drop by my office (98 C7-19).

Hello, I am the other staff advisor for the Catholic Newman Club. I also maintain the website for the club. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005 with a degree in computer science and now work for the university as an operating systems analyst. I belong to St. Paul the Apostle parish in Chino Hills. My office is right across from Deacon Abel's: 98-C7-33. Feel free to drop by, send me an email, or give me a call at x6448.
