Week 1. 3/31 - 4/2

- Wednesday: Find out how class runs -- agenda
Week 2. 4/7 - 4/9
- Monday: Join a team and find a customer. Class meets 1-4 PM
- Customers present projects
- Time to negotiate with customers, form teams, and get projects by end of class
- DUE 6:00 PM, Report 0 -- put in a folder with clear cover, give to instructor by end of class or slide under door in CLA 3-21
- Due 10:00 PM, Teams email to instructor name of your customer, list of team members and their contact information
- Wednesday : Hold JAD 1 meetings, usually on customer site:
Week 3. 4/14 - 4/16
- Monday, hold JAD 1 meeting if not held during Week 2
- Wednesday: NO CLASS MEETING; Prepare report 1
- DUE Saturday, 9 AM: Report 1, posted on Blackboard to draft Report 1 assignment, in Word 2003 format
- Report 1 will be graded on Saturday and feedback can be picked up in Blackboard gradebook (I will send email when they are ready). Download report and revise report if necessary.
- If Report 1 is not clearly written, your team may have to revise and resubmit it for review before you can give it to customer -- check report carefully before you submit the draft to avoid this problem.
Week 4. 4/21 - 4/23
- Monday, 2-4 - Make team appointment for feedback
- meet in CLA 4-27 for feedback on JAD 1 & Report 1 during appointment time
- Attendance required - points deducted from individual portion of course grade if you don't attend
- Wednesday, 10 PM, Final version of report 1 due posted to Blackboard assignment by one team member
- Wednesday - Hold JAD 2 meetings
