SWF file exported from Premere via Adobe Media Encoder

This FLV file was exported directly from Premiere into Flash FLV format using the Adobe Video Encoder. The skin for the FLV display is embedded in the SWF movie, so you do not have to upload it separately, as in the previous version of Flash.

Settings were: 180x120px;
Bitrate=200kbps;
Video Noise Reduction Filter on (default)
Audio=Stereo, MP3

the resulting video = 2.073MB

This page is not XHTML valid. To use the method from Flash Satay: Embedding Flash While Supporting Standards you need to insert an ActionScript 2.0 command into the first frame of the FLA movie.

This process does not work with the Adobe Media Encoder or with a movie that uses ActionScript 3.0, which embeds the FLV skin inside the SWF movie.
