Retrieves trustworthy, authoritative, legal-oriented Web sites, and can be used in conjunction with the Lexis/Nexis database.

The 'Lectric Law Library Rotunda The 'Lectric Law Library is organized by "Lounges" for Business Law, Legal Professionals, and Laypeople, and more. Each lounge brings a large amount of full-text articles. There are also legal forms. As in all free legal advice the term Caveat Emptor applies!

FindLaw® Internet Legal Resources FindLaw is a comprehensive site for state and federal law. FindLaw started by way of a Northern California Law Librarians presentation in 1995.

FreeAdvice.com FreeAdvice.com is a comprehensive site covering a wide range of areas of the law.

PublicLegal Internet Legal Resource Guide (ILRG) ILRG is "A categorized index of more than 4000 select web sites...." broadly organized by Academia, Professional, and Research. This comprehensive site includes a Legal Forms Archive and a section for Law Schools.

@LawGuru.com From a LA law firm called ESLAMBOLY & BARLAVI, a generous site with free advice and links to other legal sites.

Guide to Law Online from the Library of Congress; international, and the USA. "...emphasis wherever possible has been on sites offering the full texts of laws, regulations, and court decisions, along with commentary from lawyers writing primarily for other lawyers."

Treaties and International Law From the Internet Law Library, a listing of links to treaties and foreign law. A similar site is Foreign and International Law from Willamette University; there are links to organizations, treaties, foreign relations, human rights, and more.
