International Relations

ISN International Relations and Security Network The ISN site is a "one-stop information network for international security; International Relations and Security Network." Subjects covered include international relations, arms, control, and human rights; there are also country-specific reports. The ISN International Relations and Security Network is from the Center for Security Studies and Conflict Research, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich.

National Security Archive The National Security Archive is an independent nongovernmental research institute and library located at The George Washington University. The archive collects and publishes declassified documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The archive claims to have the world's largest nongovernmental library of declassified documents, including thousands of documents relating to nuclear history. U.S. - Japanese relations, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and other crises of the 1960s and 1970s.

Foreign Relations of the United States From the U.S. State Department Office of the Historian, selected issues of the Foreign Relations of the United States series.

Foreign Affairs Online Divided into 11 general sections, each with subdivisions. Sites are annotated. A comprehensive site.

FIRST: Facts on International Relations and Security Trends "...hard facts on armed conflicts and peace keeping, arms production and trade, military expenditure, armed forces and conventional weapons holding, nuclear weapons, chronology, statistics and other reference data."

Treaties and International Law From the Internet Law Library, a listing of links to treaties and foreign law. A similar site is Foreign and International Law from Willamette University; there are links to organizations, treaties, foreign relations, human rights, and more.
