- CIRCULATION SERVICES DESK [left of entrance] and PHOTOCOPY/PRINT ROOM :
- Check-out materials yourself using the self check-out machines.
- The desk staff can help you check-out media, place searches on material and will take your overdue fines.
- All CD's, videos and DVD's must be returned to the Circulation Desk.
This is the only service desk in the Library where you can find a LIBRARIAN. Ask for help whenever you are having ANY problem finding what you need or if you need help starting your search.

- DIRECTORIES with names and addresses for musicians, music-related companies and organizations.
- Check Music Reference Sources and Research Guides for a list of useful music reference works.
- If you are interested in business aspects of the "MUSIC INDUSTRY", the Reference area also has many helpful general BUSINESS sources. Ask someone at the Reference Desk to point them out to you.
- RESERVE/MEDIA DESK - checkout RESERVE, LINK+ and DOCUMENT DELIVERY
- RECORDINGS (video, DVD, CD, CD-ROM)
- PHOTOCOPY ROOM (to left of RESERVE/MEDIA DESK)
- VIEWING/LISTENING/STUDY ROOMS - get key from RESERVE/MEDIA DESK
- MICROFORMS and MICROFORM READERS - can send printouts to any print station in Library
- RESEARCH WORKSTATIONS - also including a PRODUCTIVITY CENTER
- LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER and WRITING CENTER
- LIBRARY CLASSROOM
- Print PERIODICALS, including all our print MUSIC JOURNALS and MAGAZINES are behind the elevators. Check the "M" section for Music periodicals.

- The MUSIC LIBRARIAN has an office on this floor located directly in front of the elevators, inside the SPECIAL COLLECTIONS ROOM. Feel free to stop in for a visit.

- MUSIC SCORES and BOOKS ABOUT MUSIC are shelved in the "M" section, located to the west of the elevators. NOTE: OVERSIZE MUSIC SCORES are shelved on FOURTH FLOOR near LIBRARY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE.
