| General Description |
The University Archives has been created to insure the preservation of materials relating to development of the University. The history of the University is documented through our collection of photographs, scrapbooks, oral history recordings, memorabilia, yearbooks, campus newspapers and other campus publications.
The University Archives also includes in-depth collections on the Academic Senate, Athletics Department, the student underground newspaper Low,Los Robles student club, Cal Poly Rose Floats, Cal Poly Women's Club, Student Wives Club/Poly-Annas, the 50th Anniversary and Founder's Day celebrations, the Envisioning the Future Art Projects, the Voorhis School for Boys and the Voorhis Family. We also have the Donald Pflueger Papers containing research files and correspondence relating to the writing of his campus history book California State Polytechnic University, Pomona - A Legacy and a Mission 1938-1989. |
