"Talk" to Reserve is a new
service created by the University Library to allow Cal Poly Pomona users
to "talk" interactively online. It uses AOL Instant Messenger.
Response time is much faster than e-mail.
Install AOL Instant Messenger. It can be downloaded at http://aim.aol.com
Register your screen name at AOL by clicking on the link above
To contact Reserve at the Library:
Start AOL Instant Messenger
Type in your screen name and password
Click on "Sign on"
To talk click on "People". Select "send instant message".
In the To: box type "cpplibres" and then type your message in the
box below and click on send or click on "Send me an Instant Message" in
the box above
You will always get a response during the specified hours the service is
available.
When to talk to us
Monday - Friday when the Library is open
9am - 10am
2pm - 3pm
