Reference and Technical Help Desk

Screen Shot of Reference and Technical Help DeskThe University Library is pleased to announce a new service, Reference and Technical Help Desk, to patrons in the Library starting October 3, 2005.  This service provides help with library research tools, services, and computer problems without leaving your workstation. You can chat live with a person at the Reference Desk or at the Tech Help Desk during the times the live chat is scheduled. Accessing the Reference and Technical Help Desk is available from all Research Workstations in the Library. Patrons using laptop computers in the Library can access the service from a web browser.

Friday

  9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Saturday

 12:00 noon - 5:45 p.m.

Sunday

 12:00 noon - 8:45 p.m.

Tech Help Desk Schedule for Fall Quarter 2005

The Tech Help Desk is located on the 4th floor Research Workstations area. The Tech Help provides technical support to patrons in the Library either in person or through online chat.
