When you view your fees and fines from “My Library Account”, you now have an option to pay online with a Visa or MasterCard. Ecommerce in the Library Catalog accepts either credit card or debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard logo. It connects to the VeriSign secure payment gateway, PayflowPro API, using a VeriSign 128-bit SSL Certificate.
After you submit the payment information, a confirmation screen will be displayed. You have this opportunity to cancel the transaction or click submit to pay the fees. After you submit the confirmed transaction, the payment information is SSL-encrypted and transmitted to VeriSign. If the transaction is approved, you have the option to print a payment receipt. If the transaction is not approved or an error occurs, a decline message displays to indicate that the transaction could not be completed.
Once your transaction is approved, your unpaid fees are cleared from your Library account.
