If more than one name appears, SELECT appropriate COURSE NAME or PROFESSOR from list. Select the title that you will like to see electronically.
The next screen will ask for your personal information:
If you are prompted with a security warning to install and run C:\TEMP\JVMD.tmp, Click yes. This is Critical, if you do not see this or if you do not click on yes, then E-reserves may not work. If this window does not come up, and you are subsequently unable to access more than one page of your e-reserve document, you may need to lower your security settings to medium. If this window still does not come up, please call (909) 869-4212 for help. If your security settings are already set to low, the E-reserves may work properly even though no window comes up.
* If you do not have a PIN #:
Type in “any numeric numbers” of your choice. Reenter the same numbers.
* If the screen prompts a message: Invalid PIN (retry) or (quit)
You have input an incorrect PIN. Try again and make sure it’s your Library PIN not the campus PIN. If unsuccessful, go to the Library Circulation/Reserve Desk (located on 2nd floor) to update your PIN number.
