During the 2003 Spring quarter, the University Library conducted a survey to help us identify how well our users think the library meets the expectations of service. Participants were randomly selected to help us toward our goal. The data collected will be used to identify what the Library is doing right and what needs to be improved upon.
As part of the activity, participants who returned the survey were entered into a drawing for five $25 Bronco Bookstore gift cards donated by the University Library. At the end of the survey period, via random computer drawing conducted by LibQUAL management, the five winners were selected and have been contacted via email. Congratulations to our Spring 2003 winners, and thanks to all of you who participated in this year’s survey!
