The Productivity Center & The Information Literacy Lab
The computer based Productivity Center located on the second floor of the Library, funded by the HSI Grant, is a favorite among students. In addition to the software available on the computer work stations throughout the Library, these computers feature the Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium software to help students with their projects.
The HSI Grant also included funding for the computer work stations in the Learning Commons. Located by the Research Help station and the Productivity Center, the Learning Commons brings together library services, campus services such as the Writing Center and Learning Resource Center, and technology to create a space for collaboration and social interaction. The Learning Commons and the Productivity Center provide all students with a new environment for success at all stages of their college career.
