Linda Bisesti, (SAG, AFTRA, AEA), graduated with an MFA in Acting from Boston University's School for the Arts. Film and Television credits include roles in the feature films, Love is the Drug, (Slamdance Film Festival, 2006,) Hurt, The Big Empty with Selma Blair,The Poughkeepsie Tapes, (Tribeca Film Festival 2007), Guy in the Row Five, Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman, Supporting roles include in the Indie Films Killing Time, nominated for one of the best independent features at Sundance Film Festival, 2002, Ebony-Kat, and The Socratic Method. On Television, Linda has guest starred in Movie of the Week, Hunter, co-starred on Criminal Minds, Brother and Sisters,The West Wing, Boston Public, The Practice, Melrose Place and Cover Me, as well as a recurring role on the The Young and Restless Linda has appeared in numerous commercials. Among her clients: Diet-Pepsi, California Department of Health, The United Way and corporate videos for IBM, Blue Cross, UPS, and CD-Roms such as The Black Dahlia with Dennis Hopper.
West Coast regional credits include leading roles in the critically acclaimed Los Angeles Women's Shakespeare Company, most recently as Roderigo in Othello at The Boston Court Theatre,as Antigonus, in The Winter's Tale, Twelfth Night, at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre as Sir Andrew Aguecheek, as well as Measure for Measure directed by Tina Packer, and Hamlet directed by Lisa Wolpe and Natusko Ohama.Much Ado about Nothing and Midsummer Night's Dream. Other West Coast credits include The Laguna Playhouse's production of Inspecting Carol as Zorah Block, for which Linda won a Backstage West Award for Best Performance in a Comedy, and Clairee in Steel Magnolias at the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts. Other regional credits include New Jersey Shakespeare Festival's production of The Crucible as Elizabeth Proctor, and a season of Rep at the White River Theatre Festival in Vermont. At Boston's Charles Playhouse, five years in various lead roles in the hit comedy Shear Madness. At Cal Poly Pomona she is Artistic Director of the SCSF, Southern California Shakespeare Festival which is a professional Actors' Equity Company in residence at Cal Poly in the Theatre Department. Linda is a Designated Linklater Voice Teacher. She is also a private acting coach in the industry for TV and Film and voice and dialect coach for stage, television and film. She currently coahes Brittany Daniel on the CW's The Game. Other clients include Carrie Fisher and John Stamos.
