The Landscape Architecture Department considers its location in southern California to be of special advantage for the study of landscape and the environment. The presence of coastal, mountain, and desert terrain, in the context of one of the major metropolitan centers of the world, offers our students a unique learning opportunity. In addition, the John T. Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies, located on the Cal Poly Pomona campus, is a tremendous resource for students and faculty.
