students appear to be in the middle, but others demonstrate a
high level of comprehension and competence.
On the other hand, some students found the scenarios a
real challenge and thus they pose a challenge for the system.
5. SBRI is recording a random sample of interviews for a qualitative understanding of the responses. They will provide the Assessment Task Force with a CD containing some of the best and worst responses to the scenarios.
