East In Eden

The exhibition East In Eden is about the idea of ‘place,’ a particular place—the Pomona Valley. This website documents the artists in the exhibit; essays by Assistant Professor Alison Pearlman and Gallery Director Patrick Merrill; and the work of Cal Poly Pomona graphic design majors who designed and created the catalog, website, and announcement materials. All these items together form a composite portrait, a collage, and mosaic of Pomona as a place both geographical and human.
