Cal Poly Pomona's Companion Document to ACHA's Healthy Campus 2010 and Application

In Cal Poly Pomona's Healthy Campus 2010 document the 3rd column (1st is for national, 2nd is for college national) for each objective has it's own baseline data plus the target for each. Data and targets for each are moved left (college national, campus, campus group).

The links in this paragraph are for a sample of a very practical and effective application used to help campus groups (i.e. Summer Bridge, Greek organizations, classes and clubs). Members of the group complete the Study Well Health Assessment (SWHA). The Group Executive Summary, resulting from the SWHA, allows campus groups to determine their priority health issues and the campus Health Promotion Department to help the group develop their own tailored health and academic performance improvement programs.
