New Health Assessments

View the data entry and results sheets for students receiving body composition and fitness assessments with health education and counseling. These are the newest of nearly 40 health assessments done in The Wellness Center (Bldg 26 Rm 104, (909) 869-5272, wellnessctr@csupomona.edu). These are all part of the Wellness Card program based on US Department of Health and Human Services Put Prevention Into Practice.

The Wellness Card

The Wellness Card is actually on yellow card stock and is a tri-fold pamphlet. This is a large file and may take >4 minutes to download with a 56k modem.

Body Composition

  1. Percent fat with healthy ranges of weight and percent fat at the student's desired weigh. Data and results are for a women, disregard results sheets for men
  2. Body Mass Index (BMI) with healthy range of weight and BMI at desired range of weight
  3. Lean Body Mass Index (LBMI) with lower limit for reduced risk of osteoporosis
  4. Frame Size with range of weight for height
