Healthy Campus: Health Improvement and Academic Success Program

Get Fit with Psi Chi! Here are tools to help you improve you health and academic performance. This "Healthy Campus" program incorporates theories of behavior change that you have studied or will in your classes. A couple theories are the Social Cognitive Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior (for brief descriptions see Summary, Table).
