Alcohol and Other Drug Program Review for Effectiveness and Evidence-Based Recommendations

As you decide how to determine effectiveness and decide on what your program should do you might find the results of a recent consultation I did for a university useful. The Division of Student Affairs wanted a review of their current program to determine effectiveness plus recommendations for “evidence-based” programming. Following document has a sample 86 page report with review of a substance abuse prevention program and recommendations.
