• Open “anes08s.sav” file.
• Click on "Data" and "Weight Cases.."; click on "Weight cases by"; in left window, select "weight" and click on right arrow, and "OK."
• Click on “Analyze,” “Descriptive Statistics,” and “Crosstabs….”
• In left window, select “govsize”; click on first right arrow
• In left window, select “govmarket”; click on the second right arrow.
• Click on “OK.”
