Open “anes04s.sav” file.
In the toolbar, click on "Data" and on "Weight Cases..."; click on ""Weight cases by"; in the left window, select "weight" and click on the right arrow; click on "OK."
Click on “Analyze,” “Descriptive Statistics,” and “Frequencies….”
In left window, select “voteda” and “votedb”; click on right arrow, and on “OK.”
