Reference Desk Phone
When there is
no answer at the Reference Desk, the call is transferred to the
Reference Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will
assist the patron by checking for titles and/or availability, explain
that the librarian is assisting another patron and ask them to call
again later, or complete a Question Referral form and take it to the
Reference Desk for reply. If the Administrative Assistant doesn't
answer, the call goes to voice mail. |
