Newly Admitted International Students
Welcome to Cal Poly Pomona! The International Center looks forward to assisting newly admitted international students transition to university life through our Success 101 program. Below is a schedule. Please bring with you to Success 101 your Cal Poly I-20, previous I-20 (transfers), F-1 visa, I-94, passport and completed student information form and the online form. Purchase the mandatory annual student health insurance plan before or during Success 101 at http://www.csuhealthlink.com/
Success 101 begins at 11:00 am and will end at 2:00 pm. Lunch is included.

All transfer and undergraduate students are also required to attend a Campus Orientation where you will register for classes. For information about Campus Orientation, please go to the Orientation Services website.
To receive an I-20 from the International Center, please submit the Financial Affidavit, Agreement to Purchase Health Insurance and copy of your passport to Admissions. For transfer students, ask your community college or previous school international office to transfer your SEVIS record to Cal Poly Pomona. The SEVIS Code for Cal Poly Pomona is LOS214F00334000. NOTE: The International Center must make copies of your passport with your I-94 and visa, and any old I-20’s within 10 days after the first day of the quarter.
