Proof of Financial Support - A current bank letter or statement in Englisth must accompany your application showing at least $5,050 U.S. dollars on deposit for each quarter (term) you will attend Cal Poly Pomona. |

| Official TOEFL Score | All students must include proof of English language proficiency by submitting a recent computer based TOEFL test score of at least 71 internet-based, 197 computer-based, or 527-530 paper-based. |

Health Insurance Coverage. You must have health insurance coverage for your entire length of stay in the US |
Students are required to purchase an approved policy through the Cal Poly Pomona International Center upon arrival at a competitive premium of approximately $250.00 per quarter (this fee is subject to change) |

| 5 | We will review the application and documents and send acceptance letter to your exchange coordinator if you are accepted. |
