October 25, 2003 Admissions Day Chance for eligible high school seniors to be admitted. IME Department display and open house for recruiting undeclared majors. Some years students are needed to help talk to students.

Feb 7, 2004 Cal Poly Boy Scout Merit Badge Day College of Engineering hosts several troops (by invitation only) for engineering & science merit badges. IME Department usually runs Drafting and Metalworking Merit Badges

End of Year Banquet - This year we will celebrate at "The Ranch" Restaurant (Collin's Center) on campus.
Banquet to celebrate the end of the school year. Scholarships awarded. Open to IME students, faculty, alumni, professional societies, and their guests. Ticket pre-sale.
IME Department to make reservations and sell tickets. APM to coordinate entertainment and print program.
