In signing the Publication Agreement with the International Journal of Teacher Leadership (IJTL), the author represents and warranties that the article is an original work not previously published in English and that the author has the legal right to offer the article for publication in the International Journal of Teacher Leadership (IJTL). The author warrants that the article does not contain material that is defamatory or infringes the copyrights of others. To the best of the author's knowledge, publication of the article in the International Journal of Teacher Leadership (IJTL), will not subject the journal to liability.
The author is the sole agent responsible for management of the copyright related to publication. The author permits the readers to reproduce and distribute copies of individual works from this publication without permission for nonprofit educational purposes only, provided that copies are distributed at no cost, and that the full and accurate author, source, and bibliographical citation are included on each copy. Any article cited as a reference in any other form should also report the citation, according to American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines. This permission is in addition to rights of reproduction granted under Sections 107, 108 and other provisions of the U.S. Copyright Act.
