Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk

If eHelp does not provide solutions to your questions or problems, the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk can be contacted for further assistance.

Contact the Cal Poly Pomona (I&IT) Help Desk:

  1. If you know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword, you can log into Web Help Desk (WHD) and submit a Help Desk ticket to the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk.
  2. If you can't log into WHD, use the help request form.

Help Desk Regular Business Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Exceptions:
    • National and State Holidays

      Note: Help Desk hours may be modified to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, when classes are not in session during the winter and spring breaks.

Help Desk Summer Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Fridays: Closed
  • Exception: Regular Business Hours during the week of July 29, 2012 - August 2, 2013

The goal of the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk is to resolve customers' questions and problems quickly, accurately and consistently, implementing a high-quality standardized solution procedure. Questions or problems that cannot be resolved by the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk staff will be referred to a specialist within the I&IT Division. A reference number may be given to you to ensure accurate Help Desk management in tracking the status of your questions or problems.

Each user requesting service via the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk is asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Customers are notified via email with a link to the survey within the Help Desk's web service request management application at the time their service request is completed. .
