The goal of the I&IT Help Desk is to resolve customers' questions and problems quickly, accurately and consistently, implementing a high-quality standardized solution procedure. Questions or problems that cannot be resolved by the I&IT Help Desk staff will be referred to a specialist within the I&IT Division. A reference number may be given to you to ensure accurate Help Desk management in tracking the status of your questions or problems.
