The goal of the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk is to resolve customers' questions and problems quickly, accurately and consistently, implementing a high-quality standardized solution procedure. Questions or problems that cannot be resolved by the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk staff will be referred to a specialist within the I&IT Division. A reference number may be given to you to ensure accurate Help Desk management in tracking the status of your questions or problems.
Each user requesting service via the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk is asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Customers are notified via email with a link to the survey within the Help Desk's web service request management application at the time their service request is completed. .
