Cal Poly Pomona’s Instructional & Information Technology division takes pride in periodically assessing its services and measuring customer satisfaction. Each summer, I&IT presents results of its customer satisfaction survey for users of the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk. Each fall, I&IT presents a measurement and assessment of its services. These are found by clicking the Assessment and Archive links on the right. Assessment is a university-wide initiative, and I&IT is a pioneer in implementing formal assessments.
I&IT also strives to present its budget with as much transparency as possible. Click the budget link at the right to see the latest news on I&IT’s budgets.
