Snapshot Bio
SUSAN PETERS, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (Ph.D., Saint Louis University) teaches international business, international negotiations, promotional strategy, retailing, international marketing and various MBA marketing classes. She publishes in the area of entrepreneurship, case studies, cross-cultural marketing and international foreign direct investment in various journals and conference proceedings. She has most recently contributed to a new entrepreneurship textbook due out next year and the texbook for a Global Marketing Problems class. She continues to consult around the world including Malawi, South Africa, Tibet, Poland, Venezuela and Egypt. Prior to her appointment to the faculty in 2001 she ran a consulting company in Poland, was the international strategic sourcing director for a major medical company, and worked as an engineer for several firms.
