Lifepath Advisers provides Blue Shield members with a way to receive immediate professional assistance for a broad range of concerns toll-free 24 hours a day. The program covers physical and emotional health, work and family issues, financial and legal counseling and resources for lifelong learning.
The program is delivered through one toll-free number, 1-866-LIFEPATH or 1-866-543-3728 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hearing impaired members can call the TDD line at (866) 216-9926 . One call provides members with access to registered nurses and expert counselors for information, consultation and referrals. Members also can register with www.mylifepath.com/advisers to access information about the program, or engage in a one-on-one confidential Internet dialogue with a registered nurse.
