The EAP provides contact information for a variety of resources that offer assistance regarding issues including, but not limited to:
The EAP Confidential Hotline (campus extension 4551), is a message line that employees use to request information about what resources are available to address their current concern. To ensure confidentiality, only the EAP Coordinator has the access code to retrieve messages from the Hotline. Messages are retrieved each business day and responded to no later than the next business day. All information shared with the Coordinator is held in confidence.
Explore the EAP web site and inform yourself on the resources available to you, either through a campus offering or a community program. Call the EAP Confidential Hotline to discuss additional available options or to request resource information on an issue or concern that does not appear on our web site.
The EAP Coordinator maintains a confidential log of the calls received on the Hotline. The purpose of the log is to ensure quality responses and timely follow-up. The log is kept separate from employment related records, such as an employee's personnel file. Use of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is not recorded in an employee's file and is not a factor in personnel decisions.
