WHAT IS THE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (E.A.P.)?

The E.A.P. is a confidential referral service designed to help faculty and staff employees resolve personal and workplace challenges. This is a voluntary program. Use of the E.A.P. is not recorded in an employee file and is not a factor in personnel decisions.
