The voluntary benefits listed below are offered through payroll deductions. The employee must coordinate directly with the vendor for questions and/or enrollment into these voluntary plan(s). Please note that all of the voluntary benefit plans listed below, with the exception of the MetLaw Legal plan, allow employees to enroll throughout the year.
