Medical Insurance coverage for eligible CSU/Cal Poly Pomona employees is administered by the California Public Employee's Retirement System (CalPERS). CalPERS offers a variety of plan choices, depending on the area in which you reside and work.
If you are a new or newly benefits eligible employee ;
if you have a new family member ;
if you have lost other group insurance; or
after your period of initial benefits eligibility ends.
