If you do not enroll during the initial 60 day enrollment period, decline or cancel enrollment for yourself and/or your dependents, and do not fit within the special enrollment exceptions, you and/or your eligible dependents will have limited rights to enroll in the future, as follows:
You will either have to wait for 90 days, or
The earliest effective date of enrollment will be the first of the month following the 90-day waiting period (enrollment into FlexCash is not an option for late enrollment period), or the January 1 after the Open Enrollment period during which you complete enrollment forms with Benefit Services.
