Eligible Cal Poly Pomona employees may enroll themselves and their eligible dependents in dental coverage, with premiums currently paid by the CSU/Cal Poly Pomona.
Two plans are available: Delta Dental (indemnity plan) and PMI DeltaCare (prepaid plan).
