When you enroll for the first time, change health plans, or add dependents, you should carefully check your paycheck stub to verify that the premium is being paid to the proper health plan and that the correct emloyee share is being deducted from your pay.
Please refer to the premium information to confirm the correct employee premium share is being deducted, based upon whether you enroll for self only, self + one dependent, or self + 2 or more dependents.
