Academic Professionals of California (APC) Unit 4	Academic Professionals of California have ratified an agreement to begin furloughs, with members voting 72 percent in favor and 28 percent against the furlough agreement. Link to APC Furlough Agreement
State Employees Trades Council (SETC) (Article 24) Unit 6	State Employees Trades Council (SETC) has opted for layoffs per their contract.
Statewide University Police Association (SUPA) Unit 8	Public safety employees are exempted from furloughs.
Management Personnel Plan (MPP) Employees M80	The CSU Board of Trustees approved changes to state regulations that will allow executive, management, and non-represented employees to be furloughed two days per month beginning August 1, 2009.
