HOUSING WI-FI CONNECTION
Are you having Wi-Fi connections problems? Or slow Wi-Fi download speeds? Try logging on CPP for more stable and faster wireless speeds! How to set my Network password or need to reset password:
- 1. Click here to begin.
- 2. Enter your BroncoName and BroncoPassword.
- 3. Scroll down to the "Change Network Password" section.
- 4. Enter the new network password in the spaces provided. The password must be at least eight (8) characters (however, we recommend fifteen (15) characters), and the password should be different from your BroncoPassword. The password can be alphanumeric and is case-sensitive.
- 5. Click on the "Change Network Password" button to set the password.
- 6. If you do not know your BroncoPassword, see "Reset BroncoPassword".
HOUSING PAYMENT DEADLINE
The second installment payment and the financial aid remaining balance for Fall Quarter is due TODAY Friday, October 17, 2014, as listed on the Cost/Payments Plan schedule. Residents unable to meet this deadline must contact the Housing office at 909-869-3307.
DO YOU HAVE A FRIEND COMMUTING?
Is your friend commuting? Wouldn’t it be nice if they lived on-campus and you could hang out more often? There are a few hall spaces available now for the fall and also starting the winter quarter. Talk to them about the opportunity to move in. If they are interested in living on-campus all they have to do is submit a contract online through the Housing StudentWeb.
EMPTY SPACE IN YOUR ROOM/SUITE?
Please do not spread out into any vacant spaces. The Housing Office will continue to place new residents in available empty spaces and you may be receiving a new roommate for Fall Quarter. If new residents move in and your belongings prevent a new resident from moving in, you will be assessed a charge.
BICYCLE RACKS BEHIND YOUR BUILDING
Please lock your bicycles in designated bicycle rack behind your building. For safety reasons, bicycles are not to be secured to benches, stairwells, handrails, and trees. For more information please contact your building Resident Life Coordinator.
NEED TO DO LAUNDRY?
At the time you checked in you received a laundry card. You may add money to your laundry card by stopping by Fitness Express, Bldg. 59 or Los Olivos Dining Commons. There are two add value stations, one for cash and a second one for credit card/debit cards. The laundry card also serves as your Fitness Express Key Card.
WANT MAIL? MAKE SURE IT IS ADDRESSED CORRECTLY
Please review the instructions on how your mailing address must be formatted and pass this information on to your friends, family, businesses, etc. Adding any extra information to your address will delay or prevent mail from being delivered to you. Please visit: Housing Mail & Package Information link
NEED TO SEND MAIL OUT
Place your pre-stamped letters in the outgoing mail slot located in the lobby of your building. Mail is picked up every morning Monday through Friday. You may also take your mail or items that you would like to mail out to the Bronco Copy & Mail in the Bronco Student Center. They are equipped to meter mail/packages and send out mail.
EXPECTING A PACKAGE?
University Housing Services will sign for your package as carriers are not allowed to go into buildings or to leave packages outside. We will accept the package and send you an email to your Cal Poly email address when your package has been received by the Housing Office. Please wait to receive this email since it will save you time.
MEAL PLAN CHANGE REQUESTS
Meal Plan Change Requests will be accepted Nov 9th-12th though your Student Web. These changes will be effective for Winter quarter. However, if you feel you don’t have enough meals, come to the Housing office to request adding more!
