Fellowships/Scholarships
Kellogg Honors College students are encouraged to apply for local and national scholarships and fellowships. The Kellogg Honors College a member of the National Association of Fellowships Advisors and serves as Cal Poly Pomona's representative for many nationally competitive scholarships.
Honors Fellowship
- The Honors Fellows are the recipients of the highest paying and most prestigious scholarships offered to entering freshmen at Cal Poly Pomona. These are four year merit based scholarships. All scholarships include full fees; a number of them pay, in addition, a significant portion of campus housing.
- The fellowships recognize students who bring outstanding academic and personal qualifications to the Kellogg Honors College; students who will promote excellence and contribute to a positive campus environment. To be considered for the Honors Fellowship students must first apply to Cal Poly Pomona by the November 30 application deadline and then apply to the Kellogg Honors College by its February 15 deadline. Applicants to the Kellogg Honors College are automatically considered for the Honors Fellowship.
- Application material to the Kellogg Honors College is available on-line starting December 15 of every year. You MUST have completed an application to Cal Poly Pomona by the Nov. 30 deadline to apply to the Kellogg Honors College.
- A number of two year scholarships are awarded to entering transfer students who, after their application to Cal Poly Pomona, can apply to the Kellogg Honors College. Applications are available for entering transfer students at the end of April, the deadline to apply is July 10.

Academic Advising
In addition to a student's departmental (major) academic advising, the Kellogg Honors College offers supplimental academic advising.
