The Monday Mile

Move It MondayThe Monday Mile is a fun way to jump-start your week with a healthy dose of physical activity. It's FREE to participate--you don't need a Fitness Center membership, and is open to the CPP community.

Join Bronco Fitness and the SHCS Wellness Center every Monday during Spring quarter for The Monday Mile.

Where: Bronco Fitness, first floor BSC
When: Every Monday, beginning April 7
Time: 12:10-12:50 and 5:10-5:50 throught spring quarter

The mile will be led by trained staff from The Wellness Center and Bronco Fitness. Keep track of your miles with the Monday Mile Punch Card: More Miles = More Prizes. There will be raffles and additional health and wellness information tables each week.

Students, Faculty, and Staff are welcome! No special equipment needed, just a comfortable pair of shoes.
