Download the following research guide:  I. Lee. A MLA (Modern Language Association) Research Guide for Students - Chapter 11  Guidelines on MLA Writing a Bibliography.  Follow the instructions carefully and you should have no trouble with your bibliography if you are using MLA. College of Business prefers APA (American Psychology Association.

We prefer APA Style.Org Citing Electronic References  is the website we have used for citations and formats.  The University of Alberta provides a site with considerably more explanation at APA Reference Guidelines.
