Learning Communities
Learning communities improve student success, particularly among underrepresented students, by increasing student engagement with the university community and improving students’ understanding of academic expectations. Faculty and staff are invited to join this project. A call from the Academic Senate for a faculty coordinator and college representatives will be issued in late September. The Graduation Initiative Steering Committee will also appoint staff representatives from both Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.
