About This Project

The Retaining Wall project is located at Building 112 at the Kellogg Guest House and includes the renovation of an existing retaining wall built in the early 1930s by the Kellogg Family. The scope of work of this project includes the construction of a reinforced concrete wall intended to secure the south east foundations of the Guest House Building and to avoid unsafe slippage of existing stones from the aged wall to the road. The project demands relocation and replacement of existing infrastructure such as water, sewer, electrical, irrigation, gas, fire alarm and voice/data.

This $200,000 project will provide a safe and solid retaining wall to the Kellogg Guest House. The project was started on July 27th and is expected to be finished by mid September 2009 during the summer season. Intense coordination has been made with the Kellogg West administration for the implementation of this project.
