About This Project

Construct a new 123,060 square foot concrete tilt-up office facility on a 6.7 acre Innovation Village Research Park site. The new three story structure is the second of several facilities master planned for the Research Park to partner with organizations which are aligned with the mission of the University and will promote partnerships within the university’s academic environment as well as provide jobs and economic grow to our surrounding community. This facility is being constructed for the exclusive use by Southern California Edison and is their second facility in the park. Trammell Crow Company in a joint venture with Millie Severson Inc. are the contractor for the facility and the site improvements including the second phase of the Innovation Way extension. Also included in the project will be LEED Gold measures, a new bio-swale storm water drainage system, and site improvements matching those completed in the Phase III site.
