About This Project

Construct new sidewalks, marquee signage, walkway lights, street lights and landscaping along the entire face of the Innovation Village’s eastern side (Valley Blvd.) and southern side (Temple Ave.) including the reconfiguration of the CTTi entry to align for the future connection of Innovation Way, which will be providing a secondary entry into the Innovation Village Research and Development Park. The signage package for this project will create new updated entrance signs into the park as well as create a new and exciting gateway entrance to our wonderful campus. The project is a collaboration with the Federal Economic Development Agency (EDA) and Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc. and is the last of six projects partial funded under this latest grant from EDA. Belaire–West Landscaping, Inc, a local contractor is on a very tight schedule to complete the entire project by mid summer.
