Modification of the existing parking lot for the CTTi Complex is necessary for he proper alignment of the final section of the ne Innovation Way road that will connect Kellogg Drive and Temple Avenue thru the center of the Innovation Village Research Park. The parking lot modifications will afford the opportunity for the Foundation to maintain the required number of spaces required by the Innovation Village Guidelines and maintain the lease ability of the complex. The work will include the removal of several ornamental Pear Trees which will be replanted along Kellogg Drive near the main campus, new planters with more native plantings similar to those planted at the Phase III and Phase IV sites, new high efficiency parking lot lights to match those at the other phases and new asphalt paving. The final section of the Innovation Way road will match the other sections now completed and ready for full use. In addition infrastructure will be continued to afford connectivity of the CTTi Complex with the main campus and future connection with other utilities from the Temple Avenue edge of the Village. The work is being completed by Sully-Miller Contracting Company of Brea, California.
