About This Project

The College of Business Administration project will be located adjacent to the University’s Rose Garden on the present site of the Ornamental Horticulture (OH) Unit along University Drive. It will be a new complex consisting of three buildings (Wing A, B & C). Wing A will be a 3-story steel frame structure for faculty/administration. Wing B and C will be is a 1-story and 2-story buildings with concrete masonry units. The placement of these three buildings will create an exterior landscaped courtyard which can serve as pre-function gathering space.

This project will add approximately 75,000 gross square feet and will include the installation of the state-of-the-art Learning Centered Technology Initiative equipment in all instructional and lecture classrooms. Data connectivity to the campus’ internet network will also be available throughout these offices, conference rooms and instruction classrooms.

Wing A will house 117 faculty offices, department offices, conference rooms and support services spaces. A food services facility will also be located on the ground floor. Wing C is a 2-story concrete masonry unit classroom building that will house five case-study type classrooms, two multi-mode classrooms and break rooms.
